يُسخدم كريم الترطيب مع حماية من الأشعة فوق البنفسجية ٢٠ – لا جفاف اليوم للبشرة النظيفة تمامًا. لا تستعمليه حول العينين. يمكن استخدام خلاص ليبسومال كمُركّز أساسي إضافي فعال لروتين العناية اليومية قبل وضع كريم الترطيب للحماية من الأشعة فوق البنفسجية ٢٠. ينصح باستخدام كريم الرعاية الليلية – المعزز ليلي أثناء الليل.
